Is that JUST pads, or disks and pads?

That sounds crazily expensive!

Last time I needed pads all round I paid £30 for the pads from Euro Car Parts and fitted them myself! Took about an hour all in!

Your warranty won't be affected by going to anywhere else.

£300 is too much just for pads.

That's what im thinking its a bit steep ?

It's just for the front and rear pad change

The non bme garage have said they will use normal parts " like OEM"

Where as BMW will use genuine parts

Sounds as if your trusted garage can't be trusted.

I doubt pads front and back will cost much for a 320d.

Brakes are brakes, I've had cars in here that the dealers done that squeal when we look low and behold the sliders are dirty and back of the pads have little if any copper grease applied.

Buy wisely is all I'd say the aftermarket solutions are wide and varied yet got to BMW a lot of the brakes are on offer for various 3 series cars now and the prices aren't that different from Euro's supplied Pagid stuff yet the brakes overall are better give less grief to the end user i.e you.
