Even when I purchase something overseas in Taiwan I usually receive quick response within a day at most. Also it's amazing how quickly they are able to ship out and deliver product from such a far distance. This sounds unacceptable and I'll pay attention to it when I'm looking for parts!

Quick update: The vendor contacted me today after seeing the post here, the package is now on priority shipping and he threw in an extra pair of fog lights. Once I receive the package I will be cancelling the debit card dispute and give an update to you guys.

Derrick is usually busy and whomever manages the online stuff isnt particularly the best but the product does come. I've been using him for a while and had direct contact. The best contact method is the forums. Place an order if you can VIA e90post and paypal the cash. Cause honestly the website again isnt particularly the best lol that way you can keep in touch. No bodys perfect.
