1/8th mile drag strip

Had a friend that wanted to run his car up at the strip, so figured I'd see how the 335 did. I was very impressed. Was hoping to run mid 8's with it, and it turned in consistent 8.0's @ 90 mph. Map 5 was my best. Tried map 6 with targets that were close to the map 5 targets, and ended up .2 slower.

I was going to try map 6 again on my last run, but a WS6 lined up with me, so I didn't want to chance being too slow, so quickly changed to map 7, which ran almost as fast as 5.

Mods:
2011 335i N55 stock turbo
JB4 ISO w/ FF wires
Wagner Evo 1 FMIC
VRSF charge pipe
E40
Full weight, stock R050 RST's at street pressure, 2nd gear launches.

Stock exhaust? Low to mid 12's looks like with more room, nice!

Yep. Stock dp and exhaust. Just a drop in filter, which is more out of laziness to keep buying new filters ☺️

Nice but you aren't really supposed to go Map 7 unless you are E60 and above! Be safe and great times.

If he's taken logs and they look ok I'm sure it's fine to use once in a blue moon at a track

Yep. E40 logs on 7 look much like my map 5 logs. For one run, there's no problem.
