2ABC, 2D2E, 3100 codes

i thought my car felt a little slower recently so i started watching the boost guage and was only hitting 14 to 15 when i used to hit 18. pulled the codes and got
2ABC- charging pressure sensor electrical
2D2E- angle of throttle valve, intake pipe under pressure
3100

the car is a 2010 135 MT, jb4 g5, FBO with stock diverter valves 60000 miles and i changed the plugs and walnut blasted the valves at 55000 miles. if you look at the logs its targeting 18 and only seeing 14.X. i popped the hood tonight and all the lines looked good. i checked the CP to make sure it was pushed on at both ends and tight. checked to make sure all the intake lines were on tight, the diverter valves were on the ER CP good. still boost is a 2-3 psi under target.

the log from aug 31 is just to show how the car was running. i dynoed 2 days prior at 404/440 being fbo with stock intake and secondary cats.

any ideas? tmap sensor? i cleaned the throttle body when i walnut blasted.
