Transmisssion tune-335d???

What is it that you don't actually like about the 335d transmission, and what would you change through a tune to make it better. Like always trying to get ideas for a friend of mine who is interested in trying to write a tune to change what you want, give some ideas, I will pass it on to him, who knows maybe it can something he can do...

He did say it would be pricey, but can be done, with the limited market of course...

Awkward/jolting TC lockup from slow/no speed. Bumpy shifting in low gears.

Ridiculously slow 2-3 shift at full pedal. 3-4 not much better
TC lockup is funky but im over it for the most part
Late/unnecessarily held off shifts at just slightly above light pedal (15-20%) even after warm up

Would like quicker shifts in DS mode, TC lock up sooner and downshift with lesser throttle input.

I would say we would want to reduce overhead by 30% so we can increase our profit margin and make the d more profitable.

This is a bit off topic, but if you are the same "diesel racer" as on the other forums, then i really feel sorry for you. I just couldnt understand how can you say that your can ran 12.7 sec 1/4 mile with Megaspeed's tune last week and how you are offering someone to steal / copy his tune. This is pathetic man!

That was a complement about the tune, first off nobody is going to copy this tune and if it is even possible they would have already done it, that like me telling Mercedes to copy my BMW because it is an awesome car, would BMW be mad at me, my car did not run 12.7 meant to say if my car was at full boost it would run 12.7 as I have a friend with a tuned 335d that runs in the 12's, as for trying to copy a tune, if I had that much power I would tell them to copy the Spiderboot MPF so I could fix my fucking car...You think their going to copy that for me, hell no, so why the Fuck do you think they would copy the tune, they don't have access to my ECU, I'm out $1400 on a tune I was sold by being told I could flash remotely, only reason I went with MEGASPEED, if you saw the PM I have had about this topic you would see I have given Jarek nothing but Praise, other than that think what you want, I don't operate shady, I'm a car guy who payed good money for a product that I cant use, MPF...

I really don't get you. First u bash the tune and it is the reason for Hondas beating you. Second you start back peddling when people as trying to help steer you in the right direction to fix you car. Probably issue caused by running the JBD and running it hard. No you pull this crap.

No wonder BMW runs for the hills when they see you coming down the street.

I for one and I think most of the folks on the forum will forgive and forget. So let's close this out and start being genuine. No selling shit or making you car a real monster when we clearly know it has issues (just like the owner).

To start I'll reiterate. Get it flashed to stock and serviced by the dealer. Once they fix the turbo actuators then rip out the emission crap and set it in for another tune.
