Paint "sealing"
Hi, i got my new E91 320d 3 weeks ago. In order to keep it shiny and protect the paint I'm concidering to have it treated with some kind of paint sealing. The two most used here in Norway are Ditec and Tefcar, both cost about 3500-4500 NOK (400-500 USD). Do anyone have some kind of experience with theese treatments or similar?

If its anything like the dealer paint sealants sold in Canada and the USA, then its a waste of your money. You would be much better off buying some Zaino for a tenth of the price and applying it yourself (very easy).

READ THE FINE PRINT!
u will notice that all they use is a polymer or acrylic sealant that needs to be retouched every 6 months. get some zaino, klasse, or mezerna fmj. |

There is definitely no need for any touch up after 6 months or so. The tratment I'll get has 2 years warranty here in Finland's hard weather conditions. In UK this same product has 6 years warranty. |
