First Road Trip in the D.
Just did my first short road trip in the D. Drove from SF,CA to Reno, NV, which means up and over the Sierra Nevadas. Kept the CC on 75mph most of the time, few hard accel up to triple digits, and managed 35mpg over the 450mile trip. Wife and I were very happy with the 335d compared to our 2012 Subaru Forester XT that we traded for the 335d! Just thought i would share!

I was amazed at how the 335D loves to climb in the mountains. The torque on the inclines is a big difference maker compared to petrol vehicle.

Glad you're enjoying it. I'll also agree, the 335d is a phenomenal long haul road trip car. My father and I loved using it this year for a 2300 mile trip from PA to Sebring and back. The thing just loves to cruise and when ya smash the skinny pedal you're easily in triple digit territory.

I enjoy this car. I routinely go on 350mile trips with this. It varies from 35mpg to 42mpg, depending how much I care to stay the speed limit. I did a few 800mile trips and averaged 35mpg on all of those. This can be said as one of the best highway travel cars around.
