Time is tough bud. And putting beige or cream interior does not help. Compare selling price to similar cars with similar interior and carry on trying. Good luck.

Looks completely phoney with a 335d badge
Will be worth more with correct badge I have an m3 bumper on my 320d. It wouldn't be very cool if i put a M3 badge on it. And the 335 conversion is not full without the extra turbo and the power to go with it |

Entirely two different things IMO but similar in many ways.
LCI conversion cost much more than sticking 335d badge and exhaust IMO. Also, lci conversion is not depicting that its 335d. You could have done 335d conversion and left it debadged. Taking an effort to put 335d badge is another level! I gave you a hint but you are taking it personal and not getting the message. Would you buy a 330d with 335d badge on it? Be honest.

Humm I don't know about you but I wouldn't touch a car that is advertised as a 330d but in the pictures have a 335d badge.
Remember the potential buyer will probably know little about your modifications, and a quick look at car photos showing a mis-match between advert and actual car will put most people off....I know I wouldn't ever consider giving a car badged as a different model a second glance when I'm buying cars. |

The first thing to do is change the exhaust back to standard and de-badge. You can't do anything about the beige interior, so just make sure it's clean, fed and any scuffs are touched up using a Scuffmaster kit.
I'm sure it's mechanically spot on but why was the gearbox sump changed? Is it worth mentioning? You also need to sort the 'plate and V5 out before advertising. Nothing is more off putting than a seller saying that they'll do it once a sale is agreed. Pain in the backside. If I go to buy a car privately, and it's what I want, I'd expect to be able to drive it away there and then. Lastly, and you know this as you've mentioned it, ignore the WBAC valuations. When I sold mine last month, WBAC offered about £2.3k less than I achieved for it! Cars are selling, but they have to be priced right. I was ambitious to start with but got what I needed in the end. Effectively £7600 for mine once I'd put it back to standard and sold the bits and pieces. |
