Does 335's come with alternator fuses?
I was working in engine bay and tapped onto the alternator terminal by accident it sparked a little. I have searched all over and can't find out if the alternator has specific fuses I can check.........
Another piece of information is car was in my garage for roughly 3 weeks and when i turned the car on it started fine, but the 4x4 and dsc light came on. Searched the forums and everyone said it was a weak battery . Bought a battery charger and went to go charge the battery, it was at 14%, charged it to 100% and started the car , still got the 4x4 light and dsc light and car is still trembling and or misfiring.... Any or all suggestions are greatly appreciated. |

The 4x4 light and dsc light might go away after you drive the vehicle for a little while, it might take a few driving cycles. As far as start up and trembling, it sounds like a leaky fuel injector. Your best bet is to pull the spark plugs and see if any are excessively fouled, that owuld be an indication of a leaky injector. Also, if you can get any codes read that would help too. Why was the vehicle put away for 3 weeks? Any modifications? How many miles? Recent maintenance? |
