I saw a video on this earlier and then found this one by MAC. Since they have a great presence on the forum I thought they and some others could weigh in. It's insanely cool and seems to good to be true. Has anyone seen this in person? Any idea what it costs to paint a car?

At first glance I would have to say the same. Would be a really cool concept but likely would double the cost of a car. I can think of a few ways this would be made possible but none of them seem practical. Cool idea regardless.

I guess I should have done some quick searching. Looks like its a feature in an Adobe program.

I've seen electro-luminescent paint, but this looks fake.

People in the ghetto have been painting their cars this way for last 20 years. It's dat chameleon paint. Duh.
