I think I like the exterior, better then a mustang at least. Although I am not a huge fan of making old cars new again just because you can't come up with any decent new designs.
The interior is god awful ugly. I don't think I have ever seen an interior that horrible in my life. I can't believe that they would produce a car that has an interior worse then the original car that came out 50 some odd years ago. I feel sorry for any fans who saw exterior shots then have to see these interior shots. Seriously GM stop farming out your interior design studios to preschoolers.

I really like the Camaro. Iono if you're talking about the fully designed interior being ugly, but if you're talking about the UNFINISHED interior...well...lol it's unfinished. haha Other than that, the finished product seems pretty nice to me.

I'm not comparing it to a BMW at all, I was comparing it to its competition the Mustang. I know the interior is still "pre production" But even the concept interior I didn't like. Those two huge cut outs for the spedo and rpms remind me of the last generation ugly ponitac grand am dash which had two big bulges like that. Plus the gauges at the bottom by the shifter look like they came off a tractor. Not to mention the shifter looking like a microphone. I am not nit picking the radio section because it looks really unfinished but everything else I think will probably end up coming out that way when its all said and done. IMO this is the worst looking interior on any car ever made. My 88 Ford Tempo had a better interior I think.

Okay, you people need to take a step back into last week when everybody was saying how shitty the GTR looks and how awful the rear was. I am talking purely cosmetical... I like the GTR better.
I dislike the exterior of this car and would probably take a late 90's Camaro over this new one because of it. The interior is a ways away from completion aparently so I am not even going to comment on it.

While the interior design is pretty much what the production interior looks like, it is pretty easy to tell the dash is covered up in tape and crap not showing the real materials being used. So it isn't 100% unveiled.

This thread is teh funnay
Interior is very "throwback" Kind of cool, although I'm not too fond of the gauge placement. I'm dying to see the nose of the car without the spy protection "bra" on it. rear is okay. I like the "chop" look though. very cool. Can't wait to see power specs. They better make it a throwback in that sense too. |

The guage placement is the same as the placement in 1st generation camaros. Which is the car its trying to emulate. I like, but I cant endorse it untill power numbers and price come out.
Oh.. and its not even in the same club as a GTR. Its the 'Poor Mans Corvette' so to speak.
