Amsoil Cetane Boost Diesel Fuel Additive

Anyone familiar with Amsoil Cetane Boost Diesel Fuel Additive and Amsoil Diesel Fuel Additive Concentrate? How and how often do I have to use it?

PR will educate you on all of those. I'm sure he'll chime in. He's an Amsoil fan.

I use the amsoil cetane boost additive in my 2011 335D. I use 1 oz per 5 gallons for up to a 7 point boost in cetane. I think 1/2 oz per 5 gallons nets a 3 pt boost. I figure may as well shoot for the bigger boost. Only since it is hard to tell the cetane level of most diesel to start with. I also use the amsoil injector clean at the same time. I also use 1 oz per 5 gallons of fuel. So 3 oz of each product if I have to fill from almost empty. My amsoil rep says the products work well together to lube the system and boost combustion efficiency. I even reactivated my preferred customer status to get products at dealer cost.

Any thought on how the Amsoil products compare to Opti-Lube?

Sorry this is my first diesel car. And where do I apply it to? To the gas tank?

Check www amsoil.com and look up nearest dealer i suggest you become a member pay the fees and get a discount. Add both additives to tank before topping off
