Probably 34k. A little less than the poster above you (Nirvanatude). I assume Nirvanatude had a DCT vert 335is which should fetch more.

For 335is, more people are looking for the DCT version than the 6MT version because the normal 335i doesn't have that transmission...

Privately you can sell a loaded DCT 11' IS for over $36k once the warmer weather hits.

Dealers are probably gonna be selling for $40k+
