Cool

Both cars seemed kind of slow to be honest.

I own a 335i as my daily driver to work, why would I put it down?

I was just observing how the cars pulled in comparison to each other, they didn't seem very fast at all. Plus street racing in Mexico seems stupid.

Carry on.

It's funny that no one has tried to explain how a 7 year old Camaro could keep up with their shiny new 335i.

Hmmm, maybe because the video already explained it? Its modded. Who cares if its 7 years old? Plenty of cars over 10 years old that can dust a 335 or M5 for that matter.

Thats my car in the video.

and the guy here with the E60 is a troll.
I'll show you cars much older than your overpriced M5 than can smoke it like crazy. So STFU! :finger:

I looked around the m5 board last night because one of my friend was getting a e39 m5 so I wanted to get an idea of what kind of power that thing is putting down. On the m5 board, there are some very knowledgeable people but then there are some that thinks they have a Buga/Zonda and thinks everything is slow compared to their all mighty "M"!

But then I start looking for 1/4 times and dynos and I could barely find any data. All of them talk about how M would beat this and that but then most of them get horrible times when they go to the track.

I know. When I was at the track there was one guy that could not break into the 12's. He was constantly getting 13.0-13.1 @ 110-111mph.
He was so impressed with my car. That time I was running V1.47 and got 13.0 @ 107.
Some of the M owners are sooo cocky. Like this guy in this thread....someone posts a video of my 335 vs modded Camaro...and he starts bashing the 335 and begin all sarcastic. What a dick!

they are people like that on every board no matter what they own, because "they" own it then it's the fastest thing on the road, cars nowaday's are just starting to get back into the "supercar" speed that was stopped in the early to mid '90's (due to emission regulations becoming stricter) , it's a fact that the mclaren F1 and jaguar XJ220 are still some of the fastest cars in the world and there close to 15-20 years old, it's only been in the last couple of years that sheer power has came back on the roads in the forms of the Bugatti veyron, koenigsegg CCR, SSC ultimate aero TT.

The video of the 2 vehicle above may look like there are slow but that's because 1. it's at night and it's very hard to interperate the actuall speed because you can't see the road or the background, 2. both cars seem to be very evenly matched making it look like they are both going nowhere fast.

that race was all about the upgraded gears on the SS... such a big difference from the stock 335i gears.

There are very few cars that could beat an M5. I've walked Ferrari 430s and Carreras.
