Toronto area BMW dealer service
Hi,
Just wondering about everyones experiences and customer satisfaction dealing with GTA area BMW dealers for service and warranty claims. New owner decided to go to BMW Toronto for my first claim instead of one in Markham. Hopefully I made the decision (already know they don't want to fix exhaust flap rattle, hopefully misfire issue has better results) |

I've had very good experiences with warranty work at BMW Toronto.
First year of ownership: DMTL pump, door lock actuators, and broken vent tabs. |

Just got my car back today Im really happy with the work. 6 new Injectors due to misfire on cyl 1, new injectors didn't match the old injector specs so they did all 6. Gotto say I'm pretty happy with BMW Torontos service

+1 - BMW Toronto is definitely not cheap if you are paying for service/repairs out of your pocket (they quoted $2035 tax in for an E90 windshield replacement - I shit you not) but over last four years I have found the quality of the work is about as good as it gets IMHO.

They covered new turbos for me under Coverage One warranty at a cost of $230 after tax for me, for a job worth ~$6.5K with parts and labour!
Only gripe is that they probably had a newbie/hack do the work as my intercooler charge pipe wasn't properly on, and the intercooler not properly mounted. They also appeared to break and glue back tabs that hold said charge pipe where it mounts over the serpentine belt. |

I didn't, but it helped that my SA (who unfort. is no longer there) was experienced and dealt with Coverage One numerous times. They kept my car for a week since they first had to take off the turbos, wait for a Coverage One auditor to verify the defect in person, then replace. Since they had my car for the longer than 4 days quoted, BMWToronto even covered the excess rental car cost. Definite thumbs up there too! |
