RSWorx lying pos!
So my amex refund has been reversed because rsworx sent a letter to amex stating that according to them the programming they performed was a one time deal and i would have to deal with ecotune after that! That is NOT what they said to me and all the members on this board! It is a flat out lie! What they said is that I can send the computer to them if my tune is ever lost, which is not the case anymore!
I'm contesting this further... what a bunch of slimy lying douchebags!!!! |

no but neither do they, it was actually explained by rs in the dpf delete thread that users could ship the dde to them in nj and for a small shop fee they could get their programming back. well that obviously is a bold face lie.
the bottom line is i dont have anymore what i paid for and they cant get it for me Last edited by joe_planet; 12-22-2014 at 05:08 PM.. |

Who cares if you can get it programmed by them again after a dealer service. You did not get what you have paid for in the first place. Does not matter if they can rectify after. But I am not surprised by this at all. RSW has to protect themselves in order not to lose their merchant account, otherwise they will not be able to take charge cards at all. I would also suggest feedback should be left where it will be most effective.

Might I suggest you get the list of people who have been ripped off by them and file your disputes with everyone's signature. That way it's not just a single person with a dispute.

Never done this myself. Just throwing out an idea. Get in contact with everyone wanting a refund and write up a summary with everyone's name and signature and which CC they are disputing with.

I have a tune that so far is working pretty well, but received the same promise. I would like the promises made to me to be honored in the future.

JR told me he could flash back to OEM and/or back to Ecotune at $50 each time. Not sure if this was over phone or on DPF delete thread. I paid around May 1st so look in DPF delete thread about a week before that. That to me was a promise of continued service, not a one time deal. Supposedly, they stored my OEM code "in the cloud".
Good luck guys, I got pipe and coding so I can't join in on that list. About all I vould complain of us not getting full alphabet deleted out. It just sucks that Stan didn't get paid by the scumbag. |

We only have Stan's word. He wrote me directly offering to do further coding at cost. But I would have to ship to Glaskow. In the email, he mentioned JR. stiffing him.
I do see your point Greek. Having delt with both individuals and weighing which is legit, I trust Stan's word over other person. Last edited by BB_cuda; 01-13-2015 at 04:00 PM.. |
