Slight knock NSF when on full lock right

Morning gents

Noticed a slight metallic knock/clunk last night when I got home.
This appeared when i was putting the car on the drive.

I assume another part needs replacing

There is also a slight wobble in the steering, very slight though.

Track Control Arm or something else ?

Check an anti roll bar's drop links

OK will check those out, not a bad shout to replace drop links as I have changed the springs and shocks. would I be better off buying adjustable ones ?
