335i n54 no power till 4500rpm... help?
Pretty new here, but not a newbe when it comes to bmws or n54s.
Like I said having trouble with my car no low down power till dead on 4500rpm. Then bang will spin wheels even at 80 No fault codes. I'm fbo. Run 105 race fuel and 6at. So far I have checked charge pipe. Divert valves for week /broken springs. Renewed vacuum hoses from pump to boost valves. Anything else would be helpful, kinda going mad... |

If you have an older car, boost solenoids come to mind. Changed mine to the updated part number not too long ago which solved my issue - similar as yours

I had the same issue. Thought I had checked the blow off valve, though when I checked it the second time it had popped off. Got my mechanic to replace it with a clamp/fastener rather than a C clip then hey presto had my power back at low revs.
Maybe book it in to a garage? I'm on my mobile so can't see where you're from? Are you sure both turbos are okay? What about taking a look at others experiencing the same issues? Here's one I found; http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=968480 |
