Which disks?
I need to replace my disks. Its a 325i tuned to a 330i, I'm leaning to the EBC USR Series Fine Slotted Brake Discs, but I have seen a few posts warning to stay away from EBC. What is wrong with them? Are any of the other options below better? Are there any other options?
Mtech –pimpled/ grooved (Good reviews and comparatively low cost, but imported so presumably long delivery time and import duties) EBC Ultimax EBC turbo groove Black diamond 12 groove As I like the sound of redstuff pads. Low dust and no iron. Are they OK? Thanks in advance. |

I used the USR discs and they were fine?
348mm? I've took them off the car as the diesel is for sale if you're interested. Not sure what they RRP. They only have a few thousand miles on them. |

The reviews you have read about EBC are about their older products. I think they had some issues in the past. However now they are new products available from them.
I run a discount for forum members of 30% off RRP: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=873489 Sold to over 30-40 members with ZERO complaints. Started this discount scheme nearly 2 years ago with no complaints, just positive feedback (we complain about anything on here so that has to be good!). For me that's proof enough that the new EBC stuff is good. Personally i'm getting the Ultimax (USR) discs on mine soon. |

Thanks everyone for your help/ advice.
Raymonndo thanks for the offer, but mine are a different size. mob17, thanks for the update. The reviews I had read were old. I'm going to go for EBC USR Series Fine Slotted Brake Discs & greenstuff. |
