My E92 FRM3 Troubles
Since my LCI conversion for my E92 I have been trying to sort my LCI headlights out and I think I am almost there.
1. FRM2 will defo not work with the LCI Headlights. 2. Dead FRM3 modules won't work either 3. Brand new FRM3 pre programmed. (My current option) So spoke to a guy called Tim and Individual car consulting (German company), I bought my rear LCIs from him. So he said he can sort it out for me and that they can pre program the FRM3 module to my car and it would be plug and play. So before installing the FRM3 and reset the settings for the FRM2 and then removed it and installed the FRM module. But the LED angel eyes (DRL) still flicker and and the indicators are flashing fast, so does this mean that it will need some remote programming/further programming. I have a picture of the module they sent over to me. |

Yeah you will need the front bumper and bonnet, I was going to do an M sport/M3 conversion so was worth it for me. It is a straight on fit so if you find the parts cheap in the same colour will we worth ago. The side markers are part of the eyebrows on the lights so unfortunately not possible to mod :/ |
