Does anyone know why they stopped making them? Seen a used on for sale not sure how I feel about buying something not made anymore.

BMS cannot sell their downpipes anymore because of the laws in California. It had nothing to do with quality issues. If you want a new one, just go with the downpipe from N54tuning.com. It is very similar in price and quality. Or go with VRSF.

I could be mistaken... But I was under the impression the N54tuning downpipe was the BMS downpipe since BMS couldnt sell them directly anymore.

The "BMS downpipes" are made and marketed by a company in Tawain called Jim Racing. BMS no longer resells them but I do and have some in stock. They are a little less expensive than my normal downpipes and provide excellent fitment and value.
