I had this problem on mine. Random errors saying the rear brake light bulb had gone. It would just cure itself the next time I turned off the ignition.

Overtime, then my indicators randomly started blinking too quickly and then eventually they wouldn't blink at all. Turned the ignition off and on again and it would cure it. Eventually it became permanent and it turned out to be the 'footwell control module'. Not had any bulbs issues since that was replaced.

Due to Cambus system, it may well spot the bulb is about to go before it actually does.
These are the bulbs you will need.

Bulbs are about 80p each. Buy a few and change the dark looking ones that could be on their way out.

Just had this on mine.

This is after I was rear ended before christmas. Turns out the hot build was pushed into the plastic, melting it and the housing. Wasn't picked up when I had the car repaired.

Anyways, take the bulb out each holder and inspect the contacts that touch the bulb. You may see tarnish / a different colour on one of them. Contact cleaner (or, failing that, brasso) should clean it up and make a better contact. It solved my intermittent and annoying !

Had the brake bulb warning a few times. Then it went away and never came back.

When I removed the LCI lights & installed the original lights - I was getting the bulb warning light, when no bulb was out. So I just coded out the bulb checks as it was annoying me.
