Battery registration and other coding

Bought a new battery, was going to buy the $40 cable but maybe someone here can do it for me and code some things into my car as well. Car is a 2009 328xi E92, basically stock for CPU/Programming.

Would like:
-Battery registered. Same kind replaced, so just need registration
-Mirrors auto up when off
-Disable seat belt chime in both seats
-Windows up with remote
-Maybe some other things, nothing crazy, just more for ease of use.

I live in Seattle, could meet up Saturday/Sunday within reason. Let me know how much.
