There are a few existing threads on this that basically lay out what works and how it works

Nothing works when WOT. The 90 degree mini cat/spacer will keep the CEL at bay during normal driving but when you increase the pressure in the DP by going WOT the dirty gases still reach the 02 sensor and you get a CEL. Thats why you need the JB4 or COBB that will clear the code after it pops up

Thanks! I have a COBB - just looking for something to pass Emissions testing (OBD Check) in PA.
If it works as you say, I should be good as an inspection station is 1 mile from my house. I can clear the codes and drive it there and should be good to go.

Thanks guys. I was hoping by now there was a fix out there so that I dont have to clear the code daily with my Cobb. My light pops up often well before I push the car to WOT. I just wish there was a way to code out the fault to where the car no longer looks for the efficiency fault anymore.
