Problem - Front Bumper with FOUR holes

I was excited when my US Millswork front plate relocator came in ... until I found out I did not have two holes, but two more holes. The screws that screw the plate onto the plate holder has dented the bumper, but not fully puncture it.

What are my options now? Have a shop bondo them? Have four bumper plugs on there?? Sell the kit?!?

Can you post up some pictures of the issue?

i would just leave the plate centered. off center plates look odd to me. and centering it keeps the front balanced and the cops happy.
