Whats the point of buying real ones then? So everyone can see that you ARE rich?

You're paying for quality control. The difference between old money and new money is that old money does it humbly. While new money shows it off like they're really shitting on other people. I have an LV wallet nearly 2 years old and it looks like I just bought it today. My friend had a replica that looks exactly like mine, except his fell apart after a couple of months.

+1

If you can't afford the real thing, then don't get it.

Don't understand why people would want to use something that is fake.

Unless they are rims, that's okay by me. But fake designer products, like bags, wallets etc...

You guys missed my point. It was not meant like that. I did not like the "Pretend to be rich..." comment. Of course its about quality. Thats why I would rather spend 32g's on a "base" e90 than a loaded Altima. Its about build and quality. I am so sick of seeing label whores walking around the malls. Breitlings with full diamonds, LV hats with matching belts and shoes damn thats so irritating! A Tumi wallet! Wonderfully understated and only people that know what it is really can appreciate it. That was what I meant by my comment!

Also...

What's the point of bumping a for sale thread after the item has been sold?
