Offsets, tire size etc

I bought some Sportline CS16 19" wheels for my 11 335xi sedan

19x8.5 et35 front
19x9.5 et45 rear

I am thinking 235/35/19 front and 265/30/19 rear. I wanted Michelin Pilot Sport AS3 tires first but they don't make 235 size tire.

Plan is to lower with Dinan springs and Koni yellows (not too much drop with these)

I need a tire that I can get some good life out of. No tracking or autocrossing. Just pure city/hwy driving. Very good wet and dry traction, predictable, good comfort etc.

So questions I had:

1. Tire recommendation
2. Do I need spacers in the rear to make it a bit more aggressive with that 45 offset?
3. Anything else I didn't think of?

I did 8.5 front and 9.5 rear, et30 all around, but on pre-LCI (8mm more rear clearance than LCI). They're pretty much flush all around, so that 8mm more that the rears are going to stick out may get you where you want to be, if I'm thinking clearly. Best thing to do is just measure it once you put them on without spacers and see how much you need.

1. Tire recommendation
- Continental ExtremeContact DWS
- Hankook Ventus S1 Noble 2
2. Do I need spacers in the rear to make it a bit more aggressive with that 45 offset?
- Everyone's suspension geometry is a bit different. "Flush" is also very subjective. I'd suggest doing measurements first and if necessary add the appropriate spacers to achieve your desired look

Nice! That looks sweet! My car should look almost identical except I have dual exhaust. Doesn't look like I will need spacers.
