I have ordered from Maranello using discount pricing in the past but they don't appear to ship anymore.

Are there any local places I can get these parts at a good price?

Try Rock Auto ..its in the us but the prices for the stuff u want are cheap and don't thing the duties will be that high

You can try oreilly auto parts, turner motorsports, or pelican parts. All three are places where I order parts from regularly. O reilly auto parts is about 15 minutes from the border so its good if you want something quickly. Just phone them in advance before heading down to make sure they have the items you need in stock.
