Front seat bolts when replacing under seat woofers

Hello. I'm planning on installing the MB Quart BMW speaker kit this weekend and it'll involve replacing the under seat woofers. One thing that I can't find concrete info on is the torque values used on the seat bolts when bolting the seat back in. I've seen 35 Nm mentioned several times on the board and no mention of replacing the bolts, while the Bentley manual that I have specifies 44 Nm and to replace the bolts (which look to be part number 07149156953).

Anyone able to chime in on this? I'd normally go "meh" and just do 35 Nm but these are the bolts that hold the seat down to the car

I think most people don't torque those to spec.
I didn't . Its not valve cover gasket with aluminum bolts.

zipped those bad boys in with the 18v impact gun

Follow procedure from the Bentley.

I never used torque specs either - but at any rate, Bentley states:

Front Seat to Floor = 44Nm (32.4 ft-lb)

Thanks for the input all. I might be making this a bigger deal than it really is, and from what I can tell and as ctuna said, they don't seem to be aluminum bolts.

When I first tightened mine down on the driver side
my seat motors wouldn't work for front to rear movement.
So I loosened made sure the rails were not getting bent do
to over tightening and tightened them to a reasonable level
while making sure the front to back motion was smooth.
