Problems with Catless Exhaust?

I've put on the UR catless exhaust and am a little worried after talking to a few people about not having cats on the car.

Has the dealership said anything to any of you about not having cats on your exhaust? do they even care?

I'm pretty sure it's illegal here in Ontario as the first place I took it to didn't want to install them for me since we were cutting out the cats.

You can gut out some high flow cats to give the appearance of a catted exhaust
