Tire Size

Hello,

I'm looking at purchasing some new winter tires and have found a used set-but I'm not quite sure that they're the right size. They're 215/55/17's, they are pictured on a 3 series but look to be a bit too bulky. I'm not to concerned about appearance as far as this set goes, just functionality.

I apologize for such a simple question, but just would like to verify that they'll be alright on my car (2006 325i).

215/55R17 is too tall for the 2006 325i .
