KNN air filter

Does your KNN air filter fit more snug then the stock one? I had to put some more pressure on it to get in there.

Just woundering im a little cautious !

Yes. It did in my s4. I'm thinking of going with an ITG this time around. Sounds like this type filter has better flow especially when dirty and after cleaning. Sort of like an old t-shirt that is soiled. You really never get it clean even with bleach.

Not for me.
Put it in, put the lid on, put a bit (but not too much) of pressure down on it, and clipped it in.
Didn't notice really any difference when putting the stock filter back in. Maybe 5% more snug with the K&N, but nothing big.

If you need to have someone push down on the lid to close it, check your install and make sure the rubber parts of the K&N are lined up properly.

I just put mine today and i went fine...........burned my finger with the hot clamps.....couldnt wait
