any ideas on what I can try. I switch to auto on the light switch and I can hear them trying to do it but the lights do not move.
I can hear what sound like a motor moving twice (so the up and down movement I should be expecting) but the lights stay point to the floor |

could be the the self levelling arm on the n/s suspension it have may come unconnected, if you look at the n/s lower suspension arm there is an actuator with a small rod connected to it, the end connects to the lower suspension arm by a small clip around the arm.

Have search on here there's a thread that mentions there's a small arm at the back of the headlights that moves the shroud up and down quite common for this to become disconnected over potholes etc
