Angel eyes as day time running lights

Hey guys I just got a 09 328i lci with halogen e90 4 door 01/09 build

Can someone let me know what to change so I can have angel eyes as DRL only. I have coded before(on my m3) just cant seem to get this one. I looked at the NFRM

It seems like angel eyes are never on and only when I click unlock do I see them. When the switch is on automatic I see my high beat as DRL and when I switch to 3 position, the lowbeam is on.
and according to some research I did u change drl_h to drl_s on this line but when I do that, the angel eyes don't come on at all?

Anyone that could give a hand would be greatly appreciated. I will even send my .trc file if it helps.
