E90 19" CSL rims fitment?

Hi guys I've an LCI E90 MSport

There's a set of 19' CSL rims that have came up and they are off an E46 M3

The fella reckons they are 8.5/9.5 et45 front, et27 rear

Any ideas if these fit on without any rubbing?

If you roll your rear fenders, then it will work and also 10-15mm spacer to front. Just because otherwise front is really sunken in compared to rear. I would use 235/35/19 and 265/30/19 tyres. If the wheels are real style 127 these are the specs: http://www.bmwstylewheels.com/bmw/127
