only 1 fuse box?

Do the diesels have other fuse box locations? Other than glove box.

On the battery is a fuse block of high amp. links to the other circuits - which one are you trying to check?

I am trying to check anything electrical related to comfort access. My CA just stopped working random day. all the features just died. FOB works fine and has a new battery.
all fuses in glove box are good.

Anything related to CA is probably on the main block behind the glove box. Hope it's not the module.

I suspect one of the CA modules in a door handle could be the cause. Try to unplug them one at a time if the power and ground are good and no problems with the connection.

You said the FOB was good - have the batteries been changed?

yes they have on both. thank you for the assistance and diagrams. Along with the doors, I can only start the car with the fob inserted.

Would you know if replacing the comfort access module is a huge problem? requires programming? dealer visit? I have the p/n and some are on ebay for $100. Brand new it is $300.

Basically, my CA died one day without notice. every feature does not work. FOB has new batteries, and the FOB itself works perfectly to lock/unlock/trunk.

My car is out of warranty. A diagnostic fee at dealership costs me $175-$200.

Input appreciated
