Painting Quotes
TL;DR = Paint is jacked, need fixing - got a place?
So I'm looking to get my rear fenders fixed, there's just a very minor bit of paint damage around the edge of the fenders from where they were burned by my last set of wheels. Plastidip is over it right now just to protect it. So far my only quote is $400 per fender, plus $200 a fender to blend to color match, coming to a total of $1200. My spoiler will also be removed, and he was saying that if the trunk is damaged we'll cross that bridge when it happens, which means it'll end up being more. Was wondering if this quote is too high and if there's any shops in Central/South Jersey any one recommends. Also contacted Macco or whatever for an estimate, waiting for them to get back to me. I'm honestly just thinking of doing it myself. If I frame it off right and use plastidip with some glossifier, I dont think it'd even be that visible unless it's being looked for.

In queens, the place is called Impressive Autowerke some people on the forums got their parts painted there before. He ran a special last year or so any bumper for $200 so since you got a bunch of parts hell give you a good price hopefully, 59-76 54th Ave, Maspeth, NY 11378 (718) 335-0212

Damn, that's much too far for me. Lookin' like I'm going to be cleaning off the plastidip, taping it off and doing it myself.

Coleman autobody. I got my front and rear bumpers painted by them and my uncle had various m3 things painted by them as well, decent price and good quality. Contact tommyg, he's on the forum.

Depends on how they paint it too. Many places will only paint over the old paint. But that is not good enough imo. The only way to properly paint is to strip the entire panel of all the existing paint and repaint front scratch.

Damn, everything is up in the New York area. That's too far of a drive. There's nothing in the South Jersey or east PA?
