Howdy!
Does anyone know if the Vishnu V2 and the Racing Dynamics Black Box are the same products?

No they are not the same.

Vishnu= Procede (Aka. Haltech interceptor)
RD= Exede (aka Chip torque)

Quite welcome. You'll find tons of information and mis-information on here about the Procede. I haven't seen much about the RDsport unit though.
