I have this exact set up on my e90 lci. Love the look and ride. It's definitely on the stiff side but not bouncy at all. Plenty of damping and rebound to keep the car planted firm. I am actually going to parting out my car soon if you are interested in my used set. Roughly 6k miles on the set up.
