Wide front tires and road debris/rock damage?

Hi,

Question to those running a wide front tire (e.g. 245, 255), have you noticed any rock damage to your paint on your rocker panels, front fenders or front doors behind the front wheels because the wider front tires extend beyond the width of the car and the tires throwing up road debris?
