Why no run flat in 265/35/18. 235/40/18

I have Bridgestone rtf 225/40/18 on the front and 255/35/18 on the back

I want to go to 18x8.5 ET35 5x120 72.6 front wheel. 18x9.5 ET33 5x120 72.6 rear wheel and at the same time upgrade to a little bigger tire. Vmr suggested to group one size with the next tire, But I'm finding nothing in run flat one size up.
There are 2 sizes up, but I'm not sure they will fit.

This is for 2006 330i E90 on sport suspension.
I like the profile of the stock tire on my car for the most part, but if I can go a little wider I would like to.
