different style rear Mtech bumpers?

I am in the process of getting a mtech bumper and my buddies Mtech (space grey) is totally different than the one I want (top pic, dark blue). What style Mtech is the top pic?

And cos one is an e90, the other is an e92, they are different shapes (e90 more squat and arguably more aggressive looking), while retaining the same 'style'.

So ya, they are both Mtech, one is for e90, the other is for e92, and the e90 has swapped the stock diffuser for the performance one.

the bumpers are the msport bumpers for the e90 and e92. The only real difference is the diffuser. There are many different types of rear diffusers you can choose from. I believe there is a thread in the photo section showing them all.

If you're switching from a regular bumper do you need to bumper guides to accommodate the Mtech bumper?
