4 Gallons of DEF -> 2k Miles.. No Fault Codes

Anyone have a clue how to get BMW to fix this? They replaced the DEF tank 3 months ago and since then I've been blowing through the stuff. first 1 gallon in 200 miles, now 4 gallons in 2k miles. only mod done to the car is a JBD @ 8/10. Only fault code in the system is for low DEF.

I just fear that without a fault code they'll say nothing is wrong.

argh.

Are you sure they filled it up? Don't laugh, this happened to me -- I thought there was a problem but it turned out they had only filled the active tank.

I stuck 4 gallons in it personally. Both fill ports.

Is it leaking? I cant imagine it is spraying that much, thats 6x how much it would normally be spraying.

Fault codes just popped up.. appointment set
4d02 - reductant pressure control, plausibility
4804 - Reductant pressure build-up, plausability
