Need help from some Suspension gurus please
I am trying to upgrade my suspension next week and I'm getting my parts together. Unfortunately I can not track down z4m rear bump stops (rear damper) part no. 33507836826. The places I have found that carry it like ECS don't have any, so I wouldnt see em for a month. Suspension setup will be Koni Yellow+Eibach Pro Springs. Is there an alternative that works just as well or does anyone know where I can get those bump stops sooner?
Thanks for the help. |

I am pretty sure the Z4M vs regular Z4 rear stops was due to part # confusion. What you want is a stop that fits that is approx 1" shorter than stock. Either regular Z4 or just trim 1" off your existing OEM stops. Or if your existing stops are trashed, get new OEM ones and trim them off.
E36M3 is correct for the front. |

I have not used them myself but others report they are good. Order them, compare to your existing ones, they should be approx 1" shorter than rear OEM XI stops. The Eibachs will drop an XI quite a bit, esp in the rear. If the stop is not short enough you'll be riding around on it or hitting it often and it will feel very harsh.
