N54 Hybrid manifold for Single turbo top mount

This project is underway. I am using the stock manifold to create the single turbo top mount manifold. My original intention was to go with a brand named manifold however i thought i would give it a shot building one using stock manifold and just be out a couple hundred dollars.

Yep, the manifold is ready for full weld and then will be coated with ceramic for a cleaner look.

I've seen projects like this on other platforms where people were making bolt up ST kits to fit the factory twin turbo manifolds and they had good success.
I wish you the best of luck. I'm sure it will work good as long as the welds and material are good. You probably wont make any world record numbers but you'll definatly be ballin on a budget

The wastegate is towards the top of the merge collector. The tube will channel down along the outlet of the turbo to the exhaust.

This is so awesome I'm glad someone finally did it. It was my thought a while ago and my friends (TT lsx swaped 69 camaro) to do this. This is what he kinda did was switch the left and right side manifolds, chop the flange and weld some steel tube to mate up to twin 70mm on the camaro. This will work great and be super simple just like cast manifolds on supras.
