Turbo Whine - Enthusiast Please help/advice

Hello Guys

I installed Catless downpipes this morning and after the 2nd WOT the turbos started making a whinning noise.. (i am assuming its the turbos)

i though it was the clamps that go from the turbo to the downpipes so i resat everythig and bolted it back up and the whinning is still there.....

i did not replace the o-ring/Gasket that goes between the turbo and DP's,

Could this be the reason for a possible air leak?u

I bought brand new clamps and o rings from BMW dealership --- do you guys think this might aid the issue?

here a video of whats is happening
