Having it at a forest preserve is a much better option IMO. Big Meat last year was excellent. Good location, lots of room, etc.

Yeah the location is definitely not firm. I think the general plan was to go to Burnham Harbor (very good venue still near the city).

Big Meat is usually in August, so I think this is just a good spring opening meet to kick off the car season.

i second this. the outskirts of the city always seem to work better for a bunch of different reasons

If more of the E90post guys prefer to meet in the burbs, let's just setup our own suburb meet. We can discuss the wonders of wastegate rattle and turbo inlet performance gains... The kind of content those f80 guys won't understand :-)

Where do we want to meet up? Perhaps around the Oakbrook Terrace area?? I know there's a Champps, Portillos and a bunch of other good spots.

In for meat.

Burnham harbor is cool except for all the speed bumps going to the parking lot. I'd also be down for somewhere like Palos forest preserve, someone could actually bring a grill too.

this is a good idea. or we meet in burr ridge and I know of a few fun roads and an awesome forest preserve to camp out and speed through ahah

Any of you guys interested in coming out to the weekly Chitown M meet (in Schaumburg this week) this Wednesday (3/18/2015)?

Its at Fuddruckers this week on Golf Road in case anyone wants to show up.

We can definitely talk it over more and possibly arrange something for the E90 guys. I would be down for that as well.
