HELP: E90 Center Console Install

There's something about this install that EVERYONE has left out. How do I re-install the center console? I am having extreme difficulties getting the front to insert back into its place. Any tricks/tips are needed. I am not talking about the trim..I am referring to the actual console. I have a non i-drive. i've been trying two days now.

i'm guessing the front part got stuck at the two vents (that distribute air to the back). Check that they are not crooked! The rest should go in easily. I've done it many times.

The issue was caused by the vents. They weren't alinging correctly with the console. Made the install way harder and time consuming than it needed to be
