Is my power steering pump shot? ( video )

I have been hearing a clicking sound when turning the wheel on my car. I pulled the belt off and noticed that my power steering pump makes a sound when I turn the pulley. I'm guessing I need a new power steering pump?

Yes. But that noise in the video is actually normal. Dealership used a stethoscope to find the noise I was hearing which came from the power steering pump.

Replaced power steering pump and all the noise while turning is now gone.

Nice. I had some clicking sound while turning the steering wheel all the way to the right/left when cold outside. I flushed the ps fluid and it went away but I still notice the sound now every once in a while I wonder if it's the same thing
