I'm confused

So I bought some new wing mirror covers for my car. I've got a 59 plate e92, so that makes it a pre-lci. However I think my wing mirrors are the lci ones. Not sure how that's possible so I just wanted a second opinion

Well I've got the pre lci rear lights, so my car should be a pre lci. I think saloons switched in 2008.

Not all changes happened in one go.
I have seen quite a few cars with LCI mirrors but not head/tail lights.

Is it not a LCI but someone sold the rear lights? they go for good money

I feel your pain, my 10 plate E93 is pre-LCI (build date 09/09) but has LCI mirrors, also a few of the interior touches too. Total pain trying to confirm parts for things!

Yeah, me too. Don't like the LCI ones though. Look like they're off an American pickup truck

Yeah I've now noticed that I've got the lci start button. Seems like I've got a mix of both lci and pre-lci. Least I know to double check before I buy parts now.
